Jury Criteria for GABA 2024: All Awards will be judged by an independent judging panel, according to the criteria outlined below:
1. The Nomination will be invited from worldwide Real Estate community including Architects/Builders/Real Estate Consultants/Service Providers etc. from various countries on the planet.
2. The details from each nominated category will be sent to the nominator through email/online media and marketing team assigned in various countries.
3. Once a Firm/Individual registered their self or their project on GABA Website Portal, The same has been registered for the competition and the documentation process will get start quickly after online registration where the firm/individual will be intimated by email and calling process in respective countries.
4. The Documents from every firm/Individual in particular country/region for nominated category will be reviewed by our research team for validation on Internet/Social Media/other platforms. (The Research Team can reach you back for the re-verification of provided evidences).
4. On the basis of mentioned documents, Nominator's file will go to the panel of International Jury from various Countries/Region.
5. The International jury panel will go through the documentation and shortlist the winners from nominated categories/Firms from each Country/Region.
Registration Process: We use the registration process to monitor the level of entries for each category as we only accept maximum 10 entries per category, per country. Once there are 10 companies registered in a category, the category will be closed and no further applications can be accepted. For this reason, prompt registration is always recommended. On the basis of your provided Digital documentation including images/3D layouts/walkthroughs/Website material/discs/DVDs etc, The International jury will decide the winners on the score card basis depending upon the following:
For Architects:
1. Imagination (5 Grades)
2. Space Utility (5 Grades)
3. Creative Designing (5 Grades)
4. Structural Design (5 Grades)
5. Sustainability facilities (5 Grades)

Compiling your entry: Once you have been successfully selected from the Jury panel, Our International Team send you the relevant winning email for your category or categories from your own country.
Nomination Fee: The nomination fee applied for a single category not to be included in any of the services GABA 2024 providing and is non-refundable. No nominator can take this action as a law breaking attempt.
